Congratulations on becoming one of 9 toy libraries across Australia who are going to be trialing projects to improve access, inclusion and support for families living with disabilities. This program is funded under the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services (DSS) - Information Linkages and Capacity (ILC) Building program.
By now, you will have completed your Kick-Start meeting with your assigned DAIS contact person and received your final Individual Program Logic document that outlines the various modifications and improvements you wish to trial at your toy library.
This round of funding is one of two that are available for the duration of your project. There will be a review process midway through to establish if further funds will be required to complete your project activities and outcomes.
The purpose of this agreement is to confirm that your toy library committee and/or staff understand the activities and outcomes that have been set, within the agreed upon timeframe, and are ready to apply for funding to begin this project.
